Orders are sent via discreet courier or postal services wherever available. All packages are:

• Clearly labelled as general goods, with no reference to cannabis or edibles on the outside.
• Double‑sealed and vacuum‑packed where applicable to protect freshness and privacy.
• Tracked when possible; you’ll receive a tracking number if available for your destination.

Processing & Dispatch

After payment confirmation, we process your order within 24–48 hours. Shipping time depends on your region and carrier:

• UK & Europe: typically 7–14 working days.
• USA & Canada: typically 10–20 working days.
• Australia & New Zealand: typically 12–25 working days.

Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, national holidays, or carrier schedules.

Customs, Duties & Legal Risk

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Check whether cannabis, cannabis‑derived products, or THC‑containing items are allowed to be imported in their country or region.
