How to pay via Bank Transfer or Bitcoin after placing your order
Bank Transfer Instructions
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with:
- The total amount in your local currency.
- Your order number.
- Bank details for payment (always use the details in this email).
Step‑by‑Step – Bank Transfer
- Open your online banking or app and start a new transfer / “Send Money”.
- Enter the bank details from your confirmation email.
- Set the amount exactly as shown (do not round up or down).
- In the “Reference” or “Description” field, type: Order #[number] so we can match it to your order.
- Complete the transfer and keep the confirmation or screenshot.
Important: Orders are only processed after payment confirmation. Please complete your bank transfer within 24 hours of placing the order. If you don’t receive updated bank details in your email, contact support before sending any payment.
Bitcoin (BTC) Payment Instructions
If you choose Bitcoin, your email will include:
- The exact BTC amount you need to send.
- The wallet address to pay to.
- Your order number for reference.
Step‑by‑Step – Paying with Bitcoin
- Open your Bitcoin wallet (mobile or desktop).
- Choose “Send” or “Transfer”.
- Paste the address from your email into the “Send To” field.
- Enter the BTC amount exactly as shown.
- In the memo / note / description field, add: Order #[number] to help us link the payment.
- Confirm and send the transaction.
Important: Bitcoin payments require network confirmations before we can verify them. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation under normal conditions. If you have questions, contact support with your order number and transaction ID.
What Happens After Payment?
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is verified:
- Your order status is updated to “Payment Confirmed”.
- Processing begins within 24–48 hours.
- Shipping details and tracking (if available) are emailed to you.
Payment Deadline
Please complete your payment within 24 hours of placing the order. If payment is not received or confirmed on time, the order may be cancelled. You can always place a new one afterward.
Privacy & Security
All payments are handled manually and securely. We do not store your full bank login details or private keys. Information you provide is used only for order and payment matching and never shared with third parties.
