When returns or exchanges are allowed for edibles, vapes, and international orders
Introduction
This Return Policy explains when returns or exchanges may be accepted for premium cannabis‑infused edibles and vapes purchased from Activists Edibles & Vapes. Due to the nature of the products and international shipping, most items are final and not eligible for routine returns.
By placing an order you agree that changes of mind, typical potency or taste differences, and international customs seizures do not normally qualify for a return or refund unless otherwise stated.
When Returns Are Allowed
We may accept returns or arrange an exchange only under the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged product: Vapes that do not function, cartridges that leak, or edibles that arrive visibly spoiled or broken.
- Incorrect item shipped: You received a product that does not match your order description.
- Shipping error or carrier issue: Clear proof that the order was lost or damaged due to shipping error (e.g., package opened, crushed, or seized before delivery).
Important: We do not accept returns for orders that were simply “changed your mind”, incorrectly dosed by the user, or received in a legal jurisdiction where cannabis is allowed.
Timeframe for Returns
If a return is allowed, you must contact us within:
- 7 days of receiving the order (for defective or damaged items).
Returns requested after this period are generally not accepted, unless there is a clear and documented defect or error beyond your control.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must typically:
- Be in original packaging and un‑opened, or be clearly defective / damaged.
- Have all components (e.g., vape pens, cartridges, accessories) included.
- Come with your order number and proof of purchase.
Partially used edibles or heavily used vapes that show no manufacturing defect are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders:
- We do not accept returns if the package is seized or delayed by customs or border authorities.
- Shipping‑related issues caused by incorrect address, passport or ID problems, or non‑compliance with local laws typically do not qualify for a return.
- Any costs such as import duties or shipping fees are non‑refundable.
It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving, possessing, or using cannabis‑related products is legal in your destination country.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your order is eligible for a return or exchange:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back (where applicable).
If a return is approved, we may offer:

Non‑Qualifying Returns
The following situations generally do not qualify for a return:
